Class Descriptions

Below is the description of the classes on offer at the Green Gym. Your membership, depending on which option you choose, will give you entry into the class of your choice either once, twice or three times a week. We at The Green Gym believe in cross training so your muscles are always being challenged and your exercise regime is always interesting.

The Green Gym Coatesville
These classes cater to all fitness levels as you are able to work at your own pace. They run for the length of each school term (a school term is either 9 or 10 weeks). See class times to see which times may suit you.

These classes are a real mixed bag of resistance, cardio and core training. Every class will use slightly different exercises to strengthen and tone all the major muscle groups in your body; at the same time the all important heart muscle will get a work out. We will use a variety of tools from what nature can supply, thru to medicine balls, fit strips, skipping ropes, park benches, steps, hand-held weights and your own body weight. You will work with highly trained instructors who know how to get the best out of your body, you will be able to work as hard as your body will allow, but will be able to enjoy the camaraderie of a group.

Boxing
Boxing is a fantastic, fun, challenging way to improve your fitness. The combinations you will learn not only challenge you mentally but also physically. It a great way to build self confidence while learning some some defense moves.   You will find muscles you didn’t know you had and a whole lot more. An hour long class. for all fitness levels. a great class to do with a friend or like minded work mate as a majority of the class is done in pairs.

If you have specific fitness goals that may need a more tailored approach then think about having a one on one session with our qualified Personal Trainer. You can decide where, when and what. Your personal trainer will make your session is safe, fun and effective.
