All of these classes are an hour long, a five minute warm up gets your blood pumping, then half an hour of cardio and resistance exercises with 15 minutes of core exercises and a stretch to finish. We meet at the Coatesville hall where the reserve and its surroundings become our gym. All fitness levels and weather are catered for.
